Using the Mining Wheel Chock

As noted above, the larger chocks for the big trucks with tire sizes from 110" to 165" most likely will need a cart to be put in place, yet the key is placing it correctly. The truck should be in Park and the parking brake in place before chocking. It will need the curved edge facing the tire, centered and in the direction of the grade. The vehicle must be on a firm surface and more than one pair may be needed. Guidelines for using it will probably be molded into the chock itself.
