BIG BELLY please help!?

Ok so i have a huge problem that is affecting pretty much everything i do, to start off im 16 5'7 and weigh 149 pounds my overall body is skinny everything but my belly without sucking in my stomach it sticks out as if i were pregnant Ive had this problem for quite a while now and i have been going to the gym running the treadmill and doing ab workouts but it seems to have no effect. I cant seem to stop thinking about it its basically ruining my life i cant play sports or go in a pool without feeling extremely uncomfortable i think about my big belly and the way i look pretty much every single day. I eat extremely healthy as well but i have problems digesting the food sometimes too. can anyone please give me an answer to why i have this and how i can get rid of it???

haha, this is somewhat normal. Many guys have this, especially when young. If you want to "get rid of it", basically it is all about your abs. THe stronger your abs are, the more they contract, the more "flat" your stomach gets. It isn't something that you can do in a day, let alone a week. These things take time. Start out doing as many situps as you can do at one shot. take a 1-2 min breather, and do half as many. get yourself a drink, 1-2, then again, do as many as you can. Do this once- twice a day, every other day for a month. You will definitely see a difference, as well as feel 100 times better, more energetic, and you won't be uncomfortable anymore.
