where to buy a good used and new carom cue?
If you want to buy a used cue, I would highly recommend going to the nearest pool hall. That way you can have a chance to actually use the stick to see if you like the weight and feel.
I would highly discourage you from buying anything off eBay (or similar site) unless it comes from an actual billiards dealer. Even if the cue is in good shape in their hands, you can't be sure they know how to judge the cue's condition or how to properly ship the cue.
