Tendonitis in later stages might evolve into a situation medically known as Tenosynovitis. It refers to a slightly painful type of inflammation of tendon and tendon sheath area. The ‘bursa sac' is a small pouch used as a measure to lubricate the small space between a tendon and the associated bone.

 

The game of billiards involves a lot of stretching and there cannot be 2 opinions that the game is a test of your mental capacity as well, hence it is said that the game is as physical as it is mental. It requires less fitness than many other outdoor games, but a fit player would always have an advantage in billiards. Also, your competitors tend to take you seriously if you look fit.
