any help

YES!! Hows that for a SOLID ANSWER! lol!
Physically it will fit. The motherboard should come with it's own I/O Shield plate.
(I/O=Input/Output. The I/O shield plate, is the thin piece of metal on the back of the computer case, where the I/O devices plug in. Keyboard, mouse, etc.)
This item might have to be changed out. That's why the motherboard comes with it's own I/O shield. (Should anyway!)

On the Support Plate inside your computer case, you will see Matx, and Atx.
Matx is is for the MicroATX motherboards. This will either be stamped, or raised letters, right next to the mounting holes in the support plate.

Best thing to do is hold the bare motherboard above the support plate. Eyeball the mounting holes in the mobo (Motherboard) and match them up to the holes in the support plate.
Brass standoffs unscrew out of the holes in the support plate, so you can put them where you want. The support plate has threaded holes.
The brass standoffs have a threaded end on one end, and a threaded hole on the other.
Spacers are usually plastic. They have a 'Chinese Hat' looking end on one end, or both ends. The 'Hat' is pointed and has two slits on each side. As the pointed end goes through the hole, it narrows down, then pops back out once it's through the hole. Some of these plastic spacers use a slot on the support plate. You enter the end of the plastic spacer into a round hole, then slide it into a slot.

There are MANY designs for spacers, but just a few for standoff's.
Generally just the length of the standoff changes.

If you are using brass Standoff's, observe this info carefully!

MAKE SURE that every standoff used, is matched up to a corresponding mounting hole in the motherboard!
DO NOT have a standoff sitting on the Support Plate, that doesn't line up with a mounting hole on the motherboard. There is a GOOD chance, that it will touch exposed solder joints, on the bottom of the motherboard. If it does, your motherboard will short out! POOF!

Edit: Haven't seen a computer case's support plate, that will use ATX, that doesn't use Matx also, in over twenty years of building computers. There is always the first time I suppose, but I feel it would be RARE!

Edit 2: Well heck yeah! I just saw your additional comment links! Go to your link page. Where it shows the side view, and the open case, click on it. See all those holes in the support plate? It has ATX and Matx mounting holes.

We appreciate you looking at our Case Solid information.

You can go back to Pool Cues for even MORE good stuff.
