need to sell my snooker table?

I have to agree with Mark and say eBay.
You are lucky you have a very desirable table size. A lot of people have 12ft tables that are extremely difficult to sell as they are too large for most peoples houses. 8 and 9ft snooker tables are the most desirable for the home market.
Depending on the condition of the table would dictate how much it is worth. If the table is a single piece slate you will probably be able to sell it for more. The reason why is that a single slate table is much easier to in-instal and re-instal at the buyers address and is not as much of a skilled job. If it is a sectional slate table then it will require professional dismantling and reinstallation at the new address.
We have people trying to sell us their snooker tables all the time but the cost to dismantle a snooker table in the UK is around £350 if it is a sectional slate table. Sometimes with a sectional slate table the cloth can tear when it is being removed therefore a new cloth could be required (circa £250). Then to reinstall and cloth again is £450. All in to remove and take a table to it's new home is usually IRO £800-£1000.
When people think they are getting a bargain on eBay for £200 for a 12ft snooker table they have no idea of the cost of taking it apart and are always really shocked and disappointed when they realise their 'bargain' has turned into something quite expensive.
If your table is 8ft and a 1 piece slate I think you will have a much better chance of selling it for a better price than if it is sectional. In good condition you would be looking at around £500 or $700 including accessories. The value of used accessories is almost nil unless you have a cue worth more than $250 or some expensive Aramith Balls.
If you welcome people to come and take a look at the table and take some really good photos of it for eBay you will command a much better price. Good photos in good quality are key to selling anything on eBay and also spelling mistakes on Ebay listings make them
Good luck in selling your table. I think you should be able to achieve that sort for price for your table and I would only sell it for a price that you feel comfortable in letting it go for. Sell it for too little and you might regret it at a later date.
